Anti-lock Brake System(ABS)is a necessary electronically controlled safety system in modern vehicles.ABS includes wheel-speed sensor,ECU and actuator.ABS wheel-speed sensor is the key component in ABS and it is a high-tech mechatronic product.Our ABS sensor is to transmit wheel speed to electrical signal and input into ECU.ABS actuator functions to pick up input signals of rotary belt sensor and speed reduction sensor,calculate wheel speed and slippage rateand output order to control actuator operation. ABS actuator is to receive ECU command and drive the movement of eletromagnetic valve in brake pressure regulator to realize automatic of brake pressure.
