A. Details:
1. Material: 40Cr, 40Cr9Si2, 4Cr10Si2Mo, 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N(21-4N)
2. The valve's cone surface with heat resistance hardening chromium plating
3. A little end face of nitride rod position with a thin steel plate by butt welding
4. High precision and high heat resistance
5. ISO and TS16949 certificated
B. Techniques:
Bimetal---double metal friction welding (SUH3+SUH35), small soldering terminal pin, small soldering alloy, shaft chromium-plating , surfacing nitration treatment(Tufftride),frequency induction quenching, Stellite(tip welding)------get high hot hardness at the seat.
C. Features:
Inlet valve is good hardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistant,withstand high temperature,resist deformation and also called Martensite.
Exhaust valve is high exhaustion strength,withstand high temperatures, resist deformation,anti-fatigue,corrosion resistant and also called Austenite.
