Q1.How is quality ensured? What is the guarantee period/ warranty?
All our processes are strictly adhere to ISO-9001 and TS 16949 procedures .Also all the items with 12 months quality warranty against products arrived in destination port. Sometimes we can use the OE quality materials, then the warranty will be 24months, but price will be higher.
Q2.how to deal with the complains?
If the product does not work
properly as described, and proven to be at our fault, we will provide exchange
services only for the same specific item or we will make credit note as cooperation condition.
Q3:If we dont find what we need on your website, what should we do?
Do you make customer's auto ac and engine parts?
You can send the pictures/fotos and drawings of the products you need , we will check if we have them. We develop new models every month,
and some of them maybe not updated on website in time.
Or you can send us sample by DHL/TNT/ USD/FEDEX/CHINA POST/
we can develop the new model as per the samples Only for you.
Q4:Can I buy 1 pc of each item to test the quality?
Yes, we are pleased to send you 1 pc to test the quality if we have stock for
the item you need. We're confident that once you get it in your hand,
you will be very satisfied that it will be a very profitable item for your company.
If we do not have the item in stock, we can make 1pc or 2pcs to you to test, please be noted
Q5:What about shipping?
We can ship in smaller batches by air/express
way or larger in size by container no matter your assigned agent or our forwarders. Also if you purchase from other suppliers , we will do our best to cooperate with them to send the goods to you together.
We can ship to you by port Ningbo, Shanghai,Guangzhou, Qingdao ,Shenzhen and other ports you need.
Q6:What's your agency/distributor policy focused on auto parts?
We have too many different policies according to target markets,
so please send emails for detailed discussions or talk face to face.
Q7: what is your packing ? are they durable?
We export over 10 years, we are focus on the packing all the time, we adopt standard A:B with 5 layers for the box, they are thick and can product the items in transit well.
At the same time we will use the individual box as per our customers demands such as their logo color box, with stickers, barcode, and shipped with pallets and so on.
