This die-casting project is made for VW with annual forecast of 12,000k Pieces. The complex configuration of die-casting parts require state-of-the-art technology capability for tooling design and manufacturing. Leakage testing is also a must for the parts with 2Mpa testing pressure. CNC center will be used for machining due to higher precision requirement. Customer also have strict requirement for cleanness(below 5mg),therefore KDS will apply ultrasonic or high-pressure spray cleaning.
