Suizhou Gaincin Machinery Co.,Ltd () is a professional manufacturer and supplier of steel balls and grinding media products in China. We offer ball sizes from dia.8mm/20mm to 150mm, including forged grinding media steel balls, hot rolling grinding media steel balls/sections/rods/bars, high chromium casting grinding media iron balls/cylinders. We use materials like carbon, chrome, 60Mn,65Mn,B2,B3,B5, B6, BU high grade steel for forging or rolling balls applying in variety of mining ball mills. We can also offer high/medium/low chromium casting alloy iron balls/sections applied in main cement industries from Cr content 2% to 32% max.
Operating exporting business since 2002 year|
Our factory was established in 2002 covering an area of around 120,000 square meters totally. Our plants were divided into four areas for raw material steel, traditionally forged grinding media balls, automatic rolling grinding media steel balls, traditionally and automatic casting chrome iron ball product lines-heat treat lines, some packing and warehouses. We own more than 20 sets of advanced production equipment and more than 15 sets of testing devices. So, our annual output of grinding media steel balls reaches about 80000 tons anually. Meanwhile, we have our own company named "GAINCIN" for international business license for exporting business. Until now, 80% products of Gaincin Machinery have entered copper/gold/pt.mines and cement ball mill in worldwide markets.
