China FP Piston Ring Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of piston rings for gasoline engine, diesel engine and engineering machinery etc and we have in stock to wholesale engineering machinery piston rings. Founded in 1994, our factory is located in Wuhu, Anhui province, with an area of 50,000 and construction area of 32,000 and more than 400 employees and 40 technicians.
Passed ISO9002 & T&S/16949 quality standard, we also introduced circle inside and outside the anti-shape lathe, high precision double end grinder, automatic chamfering machine, repair mouth machine, CNC machine tools in Germany(PSA-10K) ladder surface grinding, Japanese(R-4MG-L) forming mill, Switzerland PT`s (S-M1100C), plasma spraying of molybdenum and various combinations of liner ring automatic stamping, forming and steel ring automatically around the circle and other production line facilities.
Surface treatment: oxidation, nitriding, phosphating, chroming, tinplating, spraying molybdenum. We have one blank foundry production line, physical and chemical room and quality inspection center.
Presently, we have developed more than 6,000 kinds of rings, with an annual production of 40,000,000 pieces.
