FST Pressure sensor is based on MEMS technology (micro-electromechanical system). Through above 500 ℃ high temperature, silicon strain gauge is sintered on 17-4 PH stainless steel sensor elastomer, which is integrated with the pressure connector.It is featured with no-weld seams, no O-ring, free of leakage risks and strong corrosion resistance. Sensor is strictly controlled in standard purification production process to avoid the influence caused by temperature, humidity, mechanical fatigue, and guarantee the longterm stability in sever industrial environment.
