Product feature1.With C-type machine body design, machine body is integrally cast to ensure good rigidity, small deformation through high temperature aging treatment.2.It is specially designed for edge forming, riveting operation for various accessories, for example, auto steering gears and silicone-oil clutches etc. 3.With power head design, principal axis is driven to rotate by serve motor, and can stop at any required position. Rotary speed of principal axis can be adjusted freely, with easy operation and large actuating range. 4.Adoption of all hydraulic system ensures high pressure, stable operating performance, large pressure adjustment range and high accuracy.5.With safety design and double-hand operation, the machine is furnished with functions of emergency stop and up-and-down inching.6.Deep-throat type hydraulic riveting machine is appropriate for products with comparatively large external structure. 7.Movable workbench (push cylinder) can be installed to ensure loading and unloading of materials are conducted within safety area outside riveting head in order to guarantee safety of operators. 8.Principal axis has two kinds of speeds, fast stepping and pressurized slow stepping when moving downwards. Fast stepping improves operation efficiency. The speed of pressurized slow stepping can be adjusted freely to protect molds and improve riveting quality of products.9.Adopt two kinds of circulative starting modes, manual button and pedal. 10.Products within wide diameter range can be riveted. Products of different diameters can be riveted by adjusting the opening of spin riveting head. Replacement of riveting mold is easy. 11.Infrared safety device (Optional upon customers requirements).12.Spin riveting head is furnished with protective cover to ensure safety of operators. 13.Torque testing device can installed on special machine (auto steering gear).
