Production Description:

Exhaust flex pipes are installed between engine and muffler, used to decrease noise and vibration from engine and absorb thermal expansion of muffler pipe by high temperature exhaust gas.

Flex Joint Pipes

1.Materials: stainless steel 304 or 201.
 
2.Double ply bellows with thickness 0.27mm/layer.
 
3.Lined with interlock, inner braid or nothing inside.
 
4.Aluminized steel or stainless steel caps(rings).
 
5.With or without extension tubes as per requirement.
 
6.OEM is available according to samples or drawings.
