CY4102-C3A/B Euro III Diesel Engine
CY4102-C3A/B 4-valve high quality diesel engines are jointly developed by DCD and Austrian AVL consultation company(International well-known internal combustion engine design consultation company), with Euro III emission standard, which has the platform being upgraded to Euro IV.
CY4102-C3A/B diesel engine is developed on the base of CY4102BZLQ diesel engine, adopting German Bosch company high pressure common rail technology, the injection pressure and injection timing are flexibly controlled, with lower fuel consumption and noise. The engines are applied to 3-8T light –duty trucks, 6-9m buses etc.
§Key components such as crankshaft, connecting rod, piston and cylinder gasket etc. adopts advanced raw materials and manufacturing technology, which greatly meet the demand of high quality diesel engines.

§Rail: Bosch model LWR With completely new design to cylinder block, meeting the requirements for high breakout pressure. Adopting 4-valve cylinder head With optimized intake port design, helical intake port and tangential intake port combination design greatly improve air intake efficiency and sufficient mixture of air and fuel, which is good for emission control. Adopting German Bosch company’s electronic control high pressure common rail fuel system.
