Use                                                                                      
    GJT30J bearing inner ring extractor and erector heater (shorted as bearing inner ring disassembling heater) can be used to assemble and disassemble the quadriserial and biserial short cylindrical roller bearing inner ring and labyrinth ring.
Working principle:
GJT30 J-bearing inner ring disassembling heater operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction heating to heat the bearing inner ring and the labyrinth ring from the inside and outside, so as to make the bearing inner ring and the labyrinth ring to expand instantly. When then expansion of inner bore surpass the interference assembly quantity of the axle diameter, it is easy to disassemble or assemble the bearing inner sleeve and the labyrinth ring.
Structural features:
     GJT30J J-bearing inner ring disassembling heater consists of induction heater host and control cabinet.
1. The induction heater is mainly constituted of magnetic coil, stainless steel and epoxy plate shell. When the induction heater works continuously, the magnetic coil will become warmer due to the heat produced itself. Then a ventilator can be used to blow up the main engine coil of the induction heater to make the magnetic coil cooler to extend the service life of the inductor. The induction heater is portable handheld type and height of center adjustable type (it is advisable for the customer to make a simple well-shaped stand on their own according to the convenience of the application site and the vertical distance between the center of the roller and the ground).
2. The control cabinet mainly controls the heating time of the inductor disassembling bearing inner ring, which is achieved by the time control. When timing up, the heater will stop heating. In addition, the control system is equipped with self-healing compensating capacitor used to improve the power factor and the instant demagnetization (0.4 -2 S) of the inductor. Besides, it also has a portable thermodetector to make it convenient for the customer to measure the corresponding value of the temperature and the time for the first time.
