Production Description:

KRD01 series is an air-cooled electric vibration test system, with advantages of wide frequency, excellent performance, high reliability, small footprint, convenient movement, and simple operation. Capability of sine, random, classic shock and composite vibration tests to meet relevant test standards.
 
1.         High first-order resonance frequency: Optimized design of the moving coil skeleton structure, especially the weak link such as the traditional structure of the moving coil skeleton force-transmitting angle plate, which effectively improves the force-transmitting rigidity. Adopting the compound fixing with glue connection and screw connection, the rigidity of the winding is enhanced, and the first-order common vibration frequency of the moving coil is significantly increased;
2.         High reliability of the moving coil winding:The new structure and new technology of the original moving coil winding strengthening ring have significantly improved the reliability of the dynamic coil winding in high thrust, high acceleration vibration, shock and high temperature environments;
3.         Capable of horizontal and vertical test:The table with horizontal slide table can be used for horizontal and vertical test. The switching method of the two directions is simple and easy to flip;
4.         Full-featured digital vibration controller: with sine, random, sine on random, random on random, classic shock and shock response spectrum test functions.
