YOUFU pistons are manufactured on the same machining centers by the same skilled craftsman as YOUFU Pistons. YOUFU pistons feature fully CNC machined domes/dishes and valve reliefs to give you precise compression ratios and consistent weights. All YOUFU pistons incorporate CNC diamond turned skirts to provide you with a better, more consistent finish. All pistons have CNC honed pin bores and are thoroughly deburred prior to cleaning and packaging so no prep work is required. YOUFU pistons are ready to run right out of the box. |

All YOUFU rods forging is made of air space high-quality 40CrNiMoA Alloy Steel(American SAE 4340) for all high performance racing rods. The rod itself and cap have been stamped and forged separately which ensures the fiber direction of metal structures conformable to the stress direction during the movement of the connecting rod and and this kind of treatment ensures the strenfurther maintain the strength of the rod. Auto Controlled Continuous Furnace is employed for heat treatment gth inside and outside the torging stay the same and also improves the mechanical property significantly. |

3. Coverage factor of cloudbursting is 100%. After cloudbursting, the connecting rods will be stress arising from the machine work and to from deformation.
4. Inspect each procedure completely in order to prevent defective works from entering into the following procedure and to further ensure 100% pass.
6. Balance Weight of Big and Small Ends: weight difference of every small end is not more than +/-1g and its total weight is not more than +/-1g.
