Seamless Steel Pipe(SMLS) is made from a solid round steel billet which is heated and pushed or pulled over a form until the steel is shaped into a hollow tube. The seamless pipe is then finished to dimensional and wall thickness specifications in sizes from 1/8'' to 36'' OD. Cold drawn Seamless pipe is also called CDS pipes (cold drawn seamless pipes). It is used widely in machining parts, shafts, bearings, cylinders having strength of 75000 PSI tensile. It is a solid carbon steel rod which is pushed on to the mandrel to form the shape of tube. Our company has more than 1000 employees, the area is 135000 square meters. Owning 6 large standard workshop, one set 180mm seamless puncher and a spiral steel pipe machine which is available in different sizes.
