Production Description:

According to customers' product's assembly process and requests, the line is equipped with assembly machines and material feeder.
monitor pressing force and tightening torque when assembling;
automatic add greasing;
test start torque of disc brake and jump of brake disc;
automatic tighten brake caliper screws;
work-piece is conveyed by pallet automatically, or by worker manually.(customer can choose one type)
