1. High rotational accuracy and flexibility. The spacer retainer(strengthened nylon material or 
PPS material for high temperature) between cross-arrayed rollers prevents rollers from 
skewing and the rotation torque from increasing caused by friction between rollers, which 
contributes to BRS crossed roller bearings rotational accuracy and flexibility under negative 
clearance(pre-load), low starting torque and friction torque.

2. Superior material and technology lead to longer service life. BRS chooses superior 
bearing steel as the raw material, manufactures with advanced technology and 
years of experience. Instead of the window-type iron cage, we use optimized cage, 
which increases the contact line between rolling elements and rings, improving 
the bearing loading capacity by 15~20%. Meanwhile, the higher degree of loading 
symmetry enhanced bearings working stability and increased its service life.
