Brake Pad 3
1. Low-metallic formulation: Low-metallic formulation is an advanced formulation which is based on domestic popular formulation. Our engineers improved materials mixture ratio and tested numerous times to develop such fine formulation. This formulation has following advantages in braking and noise-Reduction.
2. Semi-metallic formulation: NAO formulation is our formulation from Japan&Korea. We localized it to control cost and raw material source to push the real NAO formulation to Chinese and foreign market. It can greatly reduce pollution to environment and usge of metal.
3. Semi-metallic with copper formulation: Semi-metallic with copper formulation is our successful formulation, per customers different requirement. It is better formulation than normal semi-metallic formulation on noise, wear resistant, comfort and long-life etc.
4. Ceramic Formulation: Ceramic formulation is our importing advanced formulation from abroad. It got great favor by customers when we push it to market. It has red surface appearing unique outlook.
5. High-end pure ceramic brake pad: Cero-mac is a high-end pure ceramic brake pad, to meet the higher market demand.The brand is from the latest European pure ceramic formulation, after localiazation, the raw material of bench test, road test, loading thousands oof repeated verification. Cero-Mac is qualified for the low, medium and high-end vehicles, under different road and driving conditions, the emergency brake lone distance, brake requirements, at the same time in the lower brake noise, improving the brake pads, brake disc life, reducing friction dust, more comfortable, shorten the braking distance etc. It's obviously different from the ordinary ceramic brake pad, product platform and the top brand of ceramic brake and foreign well-known ceramic brand brake piece! Green friction plate indicates the Cero-Mac pure European descent and deep blue spray gives more stablility and security. Stainless steel gasket can reduce the noise in the braking process. Cero-Mac provide more security for Vehicles, drivers and passengers.
6. Backing Plates: Backing plate plant is our earliest investment locating in Dawang Town, Guangrao Country, Dongying City. We have achieved producing and selling 10 million pcs annually now. We design and machine molds control production and inspect products per OE drawings, assuring each piece matching OE requirement. Key parts are 100% fine stamping. Normally outer size tolerance is +0.1-0.15mm. Now we steadily supply backing plates to Xinyi Group, Rongbang Laiwu Haitian etc. Our backing plates have exported to Korea, Malaysia, North America, Czekh, Holland etc. We will continue developing more parts per our mould center and OE drawings, to support our own brake pads production and develop wider market. We wish achieve our higher aim-20 million pcs backing plate annually by all staffs working together, to support Zhengfeng growing up quickly.
7. Shoe steels for brake shoes: Shoe steel plant is one of our nearest investing projects with advanced eauipments. We develop shoe steels per OE drawings, assuring each piece matching OE requirement. Shoe cores' symmetry tolerance is ±0.15mm and perpendicularity tolerance is ±0.15mm. Shoe steels have white plating and colored zinc plating to meet different demand. Now we achieve producing and selling 1 million sets annually. We steadily supply shoe steels to XINYI Group, Rongbang etc. Our shoe steels have exported to Korea, Malaysia, North America, Austrialia etc. We will continue developing more parts per our mold center and OE drawings to develop wider market. We wish achieve our higher aim 2 million sets annually, by all staffs working together, doing basic works for our next brake shoe assembly workshop to support Zhengfeng growing up quickly.
8. Moulds center: Molds center is responsible for designing and machining stamping molds. Hot press molds, also repairing all molds and machining special components. Our staffs are exper ienced on theory and operation capability. They can independently use CAD, CAE, and UG to transfer drawings, design molds, machine molds, assemble molds etc. Moulds center supply molds to backing plates workshop, shoe steels workshop and brake pads workshop, also undertake outer molds orders.
