There are four casting production lines:two aire impluse moulding lines(sand box size 800mm*630mm*300mm),two lost foam casting production lines,sand box size:1300mm*850mm*920mm,1.5 tons,3 tons and 5 tons intermediate frequency electric furnace and blast furnace fast spectrum analyzer,the annual casting capacity of 50000T.There are about 20 vertical and horizontal CNC and almost 20 mechanical processing production lines annual machining capacity is more than 600,000 piece.
