    Absorbing the most advanced technology in the world, Nanjing Gorray has further developed the design of high torque twin screw extruder with high power.

    Gearbox: thick-wall cast-iron case is used to decrease vibration and noise; topology theory is applied to increase the loading capability of gears; imported bearings (such as SKF) is installed for stable running. All these help greatly enhance the torque of gearbox from previous 5.9 to current 10.3.

    Core shaft: made of 40CCrNiMo with thermally refined and nitrided;

    Base frame: welded of thick-wall profile steel, processed with heavy portal planer to ensure an accurate installation.
