Our Replaceable Blade PDC Hole Openers allow our customers to ream larger and longer holes in a single pass thus eliminating the need for incremental bores. Our 12" to 60" Relaceble Blade Hole Opener can effenctively ream from 12" to 60" in a singl pull. Sets of replaceable blades are available in 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 26", 30", 32", 34", 36", 38", 40", 42", 44", 46", 48", 50" size.

5) Hydraulic system of the bit is optimized using dynamic flow pattern simulation technology to enhance cleaning and cooling effects of the bit to effectively prevent bit from balling.
6) Erosion on bit surface is effectively prevented by utilizing hardfacing material of highly erosion resistant and applying advanced base metal enhancement technology.
7) Ports on bit are also optimally designed to prevent erosion of water courses inside the pdc bit.
