In a way a rear beam pin can serve as a repair kit, when rebearing hasn`t been done in time and the bearings crumble and scrape against the ground surface of the pin (axle)..
The subject of the auction is a fully reconditioned rear axle of Peugeot Partner, Citroen Berlingo, Citroen Xsara Picasso.
We provide a 2 year warranty on the axle!
The axle is fully repaired i.e.:
- new, original factory-installed shafts of the highest hardness (60HRC) have been installed,
- new needle bearings with seals (original SNR-type, factory-installed by Peugeot, Citroen) have been installed,
- bearing mountings in rockers have been checked and reconditioned, if necessary,
- metal-rubber bushes ( hub carrier bush ) have been checked or replaced with new ones, if necessary,
- supporting tubes and stub axle pins have been inspected in all axles for distortion,
- corroded parts have been sand blasted and covered with anticorrosive paint.
