AVIC EXCELLENCE FORGING (WUXI) CO., LTD is the holding subsidiary of AVIC. It is one of the largest manufacturers of large ring forgings in China. The factory mainly produces flanges, plates, ring gears, bearing rings and other mechanical forged parts. The ring forgings produced are mainly applied to wind power equipment, hydroelectric equipment, nuclear power equipment, petrochemical equipment, mining engineering machinery, slewing bearing,，large machinery equipment and so on.
The factory is located in Yuqi Town, Huishan District, Wuxi， which is known as “the forging land” in ancient times. The factory is near the shore of Tai Lake, at the heartland of the Yangtze River Delta, adjacent to the Grand Canal and 312 National Highway. An Access Road of Huning Expressway is over Yuqi, Huning Inter-city Rail and Jinghu High-speed Rail are also nearby. The factory enjoys convenient transportation。
The factory is equipped with a 4,000 Ton and a 5,000 Ton hydraulic presses,Ф5,000mm and ...[More]mm the radial-axial ring rolling mills，manipulators, loading machines, large CNC vertical lathes, large CNC drilling machine, and complete equipment of heat treatment, etc. It is also equipped with Germany SPECTRO direct reading spectrometers, ultrasonic flaw detector, universal tensile testing machine, low-temperature impact tester, hardness tester，metallographic analyzer and other mechanical, chemical analyze appliances. The factory produces all kinds of alloy ring forgings，with the outer diameter ranging fromФ700 mm to Ф9,000 mm, with the maximum height of 1,500 mm and the maximum weight up to 30 Tons. The annual capacity of the factory is 60,000 tons.
