Development Capabilities: In the Product Development Department, We have researcher from Shenyang Airengine Research Institute and senior engineer from China Second Motor Group, 5 senior engineers; 6 engineers and several technicians. We use following software for development and design: Pro/E 2001, CATIA V5, UG 2.0 and AutoCAD 2004 etc.
Production Capabilities: After more than 16 years development, we have strong capabilities in injection molding, stamping, production of welding pipes, as well as product design capability. We are especially experienced in cold stamping, pipe bending, pipe shrinking, rolling and plastic injection. Our major equipments are: injection molding machines, CNC machine, presser, pipe benders, pipe contractors, spot welders, hydraulic presses, wire-cutting machines, argon arc welders, stretch benders, and all kinds of general processing equipments,electrostatic powder coating production lines etc.
Testing Capabilities: The product laboratory can complete major tests in our production activities such as salt spray test, heat-resistance loop test, Xe-light test, humidity test, coating abrasion-resisting test, rigidity test, and impact test etc. We can also perform some physical analysis and chemical property tests for various materials.
