Production Description:

Unlike any other Taiwanese Brake System manufacturer, all the brake systems and components we manufacture have passed the strict USA D. O. T and German TUV safety standards approval. Our brake systems represent the next generation in high-performance brake systems, being at least 10 years ahead technologically than our nearest competitor, and offering stunning improvement in braking power, as much as 35% increase over factory OEM equipment. Our brake discs are manufactured from high quality cast iron. After casting, the discs undergo a carefully controlled heat treatment process, which ensures their strength and resistance to distortion and also cracking. Our Calipers are manufactured using Forged Aluminium Alloy, (more than three times stronger than die-cast aluminium) and CNC machined from billet. The two halves of the body are retained using four bolts and two special steel securing pins for increased strength. They are available in Mini-6 (For 15"/16" Wheel Applications),6-Pot,8-Pot and 12-Pot fitments. They are designed for the reliability, durability and safety required for normal everyday road use. Each piston has three Vitom seals, a pressure seal, secondary seal for added security and a dust seal. The dust seals are retained by an additional stainless steel plate for extra heat protection. All calipers are pressure tested after assembly. As our Brake Systems are designed to be used with the standard master cylinder, special attention has been given to the size of the pistons. While giving an increased and more even pad pressure, plus protecting the pads from tapered wear, care has been taken to retain the normal pedal travel. The pads are retained by an additional spring plate to provide a secure location and reduce pad rattle/noise. DO NOT confuse our Brake Systems with all the other run-of-the-mill Taiwanese Brake Kits currently on the market. All our Brake Systems are German TUV Approved, guaranteeing the safety and quality of our product. Cheap is not always the best, especially where your safety is concerned.
