Product Description:

 GNR serial is a non-asbestos and solvent-free cylinder head facing material which is composed of non-asbestos mineral fibers, organic fibers, nitrile butadiene rubber binder, mixed fillers and functional additives.  The product is made through a fourdrinier papermaking (i.e., beater addition) process. It exhibits good heat-resistance and creep resistance, recommending for metal compound head facing materials. Prodcut size can be customized.
  
Product Introduction
We manufacture and supply 100% asbestos- and solvent-free fiber composite materials made through a Fourdrinier papermaking process consisting of non-asbestos inorganic fibers, organic fibers, rubber binders, inorganic fillers, and functional additives. They can serve as direct replacement for asbestos-containing materials used in typical powertrain applications. Our high-performance gasket can guarantee zero leakage which helps our customers meet environment regulations, emission standards and fuel efficiency guidelines.

With our unique understanding of papermaking technology, we designed a continuous and fully automatic Fourdrinier paper machine manufacturing line that is most suitable for the production of non-asbestos gasket materials.
