Note:The loading valve must beunscrew counterclockwisebefore start-up of the equipment. It will causehuman injury or equipment damage if the loading valve is fully closed!!!!!!
Once the tester accessed with oil pipeline,  the pressure will be regulated by Loading Valve.
1         Frigid climate will influence on the accuracy of measurement, so oil should be cycled some time before test.  Until the the temperature goes up to 30,the test shall be conducted.
After the completion of test, power switch should be turned off.
2         Open Pressure Loading Valv on test!!!
