Example 1:  Hydraulic pump ( power components) test:

1)    The tester can be installed between the oil inlet and oil return tank. Make sure the oil wholly pass the tester.

 

2)    Fully open the loading valve, read the maximum flow when pressure is "0".

3)    By loading valve raise the oil pressure.  Record the flow rate from 0 to specified value or maximum value in order to determine the technical condition of the pump.

4)    Now refer the specifications of the hydraulic pump manufactory to check the rated flow ----oil pump efficiency.
