BRS Thrust Ball Bearings
BRS thrust ball bearing is composed of two washers(raceways) with grooves, the rolling balls and cage assembly. This kind of bearing is designed to sustain axial loads but no radial loads, and can operate at higher speed compared with thrust roller bearings.

There are two designs of thrust ball bearing, single direction thrust ball bearing and double direction thrust ball bearing, the former can sustain thrust loads from single direction while the latter can support thrust loads from both directions. Thrust ball bearing has low limit speed, and can control shaft's axial replacement, not radial replacement.
