SL04 series double row full complement pulley bearing's inner ring is composed of two parts which are fixed by a lock ring, its outer ring has a shoulder in the middle to help axial positioning. The outer ring is narrower than inner ring, and has two 
snap ring grooves on the external surface. There are contact seals on both sides of bearing to provide good sealing effect, the sealing lip touches the outer ring raceway with small pressure to make sure the rotary flexibility. Bearing is filled with 
No.3 or No.2 EP lubricating grease, so it has good corrosion resistance and extreme pressure resistance.

This bearing can support some degree of tilting moment due to the big distance between two rows of rollers, and because of the characteristic that the end faces of inner ring and outer ring will not interfere each other during installation and working, 
this bearing is widely used in pulley.

Working temprature is -30~+110 degrees centigrade, and could be -40~+80 degrees centigrade with application of low temperature resistance grease. SL04 series bearing is maintainence free under common conditions, however, additional lubricating is necessary under moist or contaminated environment, or under moderate or high speed.
