 Material of cylinder barrels: Based on calculation of loading and yielding point strength, the cylinder adopts 20MnTiB to adjust the material so that its tensile strength(b/Mpa): >=1130, yield point(s/Mpa): >=930 and the barrel wall thickness can be reduced to its lowest point and thus reduce the weight of the cylinder. 

Material of piston and guide: The use of 7075 aluminum alloy can maintain its strength while reduce its weight. 

Welding: It adopts such processes as weld preheating, infrared temperature monitor ring and post weld treatment, and uses ultrasonic inspection to prevent weld defect. 

Selection of sealing parts: The sealing parts uses PARKER sealing gasket imported from America and BUSAK SHAMBAN supporting ring to ensure the sealing performance of the cylinder and a stable quality. 

The cylinder guide sleeve adopts stuck key structure. It is east to assemble and transport. The use of Korean imported automatic test bench can display the result in a digital way. The oil for pressure test reaches the NAS VII standard and the cylinder cleaness reachs NAS VII, which ensures a stable performance and long working life.

In addition, the highest oil level line must not be exceeded, if not the hydraulic oil will spill. 1. Please replace hydraulic oil or filter timely after lifting 300 times. 2. Please lubricate all running point regularly to reduce wear and increase service lift. 3. Please check if there is any looseness on the bracket bult both up and down regularly. 4. Please check if there is any looseness or slip on faxed parts in hoist frame.
