Product Description:

REINZOPLAST universal sealing compound
Permanently plastic, non-hardening and highly viscous universal sealing compound based on polyurethane prepolymer, that is dissolved in organic solvents such as ethyl acetate, ethyl alcohol, and acetone in or to achieve a certain viscosity (spreadability).
After curing (final condition), this solvent-free and therefore highly viscous universal sealing compound is resistant to mineral oils and numerous synthetic oils, lubricants, fuels, additives, air, gases, water, as well as water/antifreeze mixtures.
It is suitable for sealed joints subject to high static loading, especially vibrations, and can be used in the temperature range between -50 °C and +250 °C, briefly up to 300°C, depending on the medium.
With stiff and rigid components, better surface finishes in connection with minimum application layer thicknesses (sealing gap) and larger sealing widths, liquid pressures exceeding 100 bar can be handled.
