Seamless Steel Pipe(SMLS) is made from a solid round steel billet which is heated and pushed or pulled over a form until the steel is shaped into a hollow tube. The seamless pipe is then finished to dimensional and wall thickness specifications in sizes from 1/8'' to 36'' OD. It is used widely in machining parts, shafts, bearings, cylinders having strength of 75000 PSI tensile. It is a solid carbon steel rod which is pushed on to the mandrel to form the shape of tube. They are applicable to extraction and processing of petroleum and natural gas, pipeline transportation, machine-building industry, boiler making, and the big construction item.
