Our plant produces engine gears as follows: gears of series ISX for JEP plant of USA Cummins, K19L gears for CIC plant, series ISBe gears for CDC plant, series KV and QSKV for UK DAV plant, series B/C/ISLe for DCED, Dongfeng engine series 6105, series DCI11 gears for Renault, transmission gears, double rear axle bearings of heavy-duty truck, joint bearings and traction saddles from Dongfeng engine gears etc.

We adopt various tools of CAD/CAM/CAE for designing. The test lab can do 5000 times of material tests every year. It can do 17 test items, such as spectrum, carbon-sulfur, oxygen and nitrogen, room temperature extrusion, impact, Brinell/Rockwell/Vicker hardness, metallurgical tests, hardenability and so on. We have the certificates of ISO14001, ISO9001, GB/T28001, etc.
