Full complement cylindrical roller bearings have no cage,full of rollers, the loading  capacity is higher than bearings with cage,but the high speed performance is worse. 
Single and double rows open bearings are primarily used in general mechanical equipment  required lower speed and heavy loads.Doublerow closed bearings are generally used in wire  rope pulleys of cranes.
