Includes Anti Splash Valve :Use the tool provided to lock anti-siphon in place with the 2 allen screws. Locking compound with secure the allen screws in place. 
Includes Anti Splash Valve :Attach tank cap chain to securing lug on the rim of the anti-siphon device
