1.KY666R is an one-component room temperature curing silicone Sealant.It is a temperature resistance sealant made from a special silicone rubber material.

2.High and Low temperature resistance.It could be in a long-term working status from -60 to 280.The temperature could be reach 315if it is working in an instantaneous status.

3.It is an excellent adhesion of anti-aging, moisture-proof, Shockproof and avoiding leakage of electricity,

4.Non-toxic and environmental adhesive accord with RoHs standard

 Usage

Widely used in bonding and sealing basic board panel of steam electric iron,electric tube,electric cooker,electric frying pan,coffee maker,heating pipe,high temperature oven,high temperature pipeline

*All above mechanical properties and electrical properties data was tested after curing 7 days in 25and 55relative humidity condition.

How to use

1. Clean out rust,dust and greasy dirty of the surface before used
   2.Take off the cap from the unit, put on the plastic month on it and cut the plastic month with a suitable size then press the glue onto the parts with hand or gluing tools.The cap must be put on and well sealed after using
2. Curing:Put the parts which finished gluing in a flat place,the glue would be cured from surface to interior,in 24 hours(room temperature and 55% relative humidity degree) the curing depth could be 2~4mm.But if the glue of the part are too thick to contact with air,the curing time will be longer.In low temperature and relative humidity the curing time will also be longer.
