SF-1 self-lubricating bearing are the rooting products of our company.Because of the excellent self-lubricating performance and low cost.SF series bushings has been accepted by more and more users.It has advanced technology for the  material composing,steady technique and strong ability for products producing,which ensure a soonest delivery of bushings.The Bushing veries in sizes of ID from 1.5mm to 600mm and the company has developed an automatic production line for the SF-1 bushing with ID less than 50mm and ordering quanlity over 10000pcs.For the chamfers of bushing,we developed the advanced material strip edges plane technique and automatic chamfering equipments, which could ensure the height of the products just the same.We developed fine shaping moulds made of tungsten steel to control the dimension of OD and ID,which could ensure both a fine precision of products and a good out view.All the material strips for bushing are automatically sintered,which ensures the tolerance range of wall thickness of strips within(-0.01mm~+0.01mm),we check the wall thickness of the material strips with laser meter.
