1-Construction:

The taper roller of double row tapered roller bearing (or inner) is a whole. Two inner (or outer) faces are similar small, the middle spacer, clearance by the spacer thickness is adjusted, and can also be used to adjust the thickness of spacer of double row tapered roller bearings and preloaded.

Tapered roller bearings are mainly exposed to the radial diameter, axial load. Load carrying capacity depends on the angle of the outer ring raceway. The greater the angle, the greater the carrying capacity

Tapered roller bearings have tapered inner and outer ring raceways. Tapered roller is arranged between them. Conical surface of the projection lines are the same point on the bearing axis. This design makes tapered roller bearings particularly suitable to withstand complex (radial and axial) loads. Most of the axial load bearing capacity is determined by the contact angle α; α angle increases, the higher the axial load capacity. Computational point of size to represent the coefficients e; e larger the contact angle the greater the bearing axial load greater applicability.

20’ container: 4units/carton; 40cartons/pallet; 20pallets/container; as a result one container contains 4x (40x20) + (8x5) x4=3360units. It weights 4.33x3360+0.5x840+20x25=15468.8kg. Its volume is 840x (0.36x0.26x0.18) +20 x (1.1x0.9x0.15) =17.13m3. (Carton size: 36cmx26cmx18cm; pallet size: 1.1mx0.9mx0.15m)

40’ container: 4units/carton; 40cartons/pallet; 22pallets/container; as a result one container contains 4x (50x22) + (8x5) x4=4560units. It weights 4.33x4560+0.5x1140+22x25=20864.8kg. Its volume is 1140x (0.36x0.26x0.18) +22 x (1.1x0.9x0.15) =22.6m3. (Carton size: 36cmx26cmx18cm; pallet size: 1.1mx0.9mx0.15m)

Notes: we suggest to ship goods in 20’ container, as you can see in 40’ container is not economic.
