Our Wave Spring can be divided to two parts 1. Wave Spring 2. Wave Washer.

 1. Wave Spring:

We provide 2 kinds of wave springs including: Crest -to- Crest Wave Spring, Shim End Crest-to-Crest Wave Spring. These kinds of wave springs have unique advantage of space saving compare to coil springs. By reducing spring operating height, wave springs also produce a decrease in the spring cavity.

2.Wave Washer:

We provide 2 kinds of wave washers including: Single Turn Wave Spring and Nested Wave Spring.

(1)Single Turen Wave Spring has two types---Gap and Overlap Type Wave Springs. Just as their terms imply, the gap type is split to retain a gap between the ends; while the overlap type has overlapping ends. Thus, the ends are free to move circumferentially as the spring outside diameter grows during compression. They function with precision and dependability with short deflections and low-medium forces.
