The special valve is designed according to the hydraulic principle of hydraulic winch and consist of imported balance valve,etc

The special valve is designed by ourselves according to the hydraulic principle of hydraulic winch and consist of valve body, imported balance valve,shuffle valve,etc.

Installation Instruction"

1.Connect the valve block with the hydraulic motor.

2.Connect the joint M14*1.5 of upper part of the valve block with the joint M14*1.5 of externally-connected oil outlet of arrester by the oil pipe.

3.The inlet and outlet screw thread of valve block is M33*2 OR M22*1.5.

4.In the mormal situation ,the adjusting opening of balance valve of valve block should be installed outward. if changing the wire exiting direction, it can be installed inward, the oil inlet and outlet remain the same.

NOTE:"P"opening of valve block is the oil inlet. in the normal situation, the drum should rotate clock wize from the motor direction.
