In addition to our competency in the production of O-rings, gaskets, oil seals, boots/bellows, etc., we have been manufacturing customer specific OEM components for over 30 years. These parts may include grommets, bushings, cups, stoppers and basically any rubber part (or bonded rubber-to-metal) part you need.
In addition to producing parts from your drawings, our Design Engineers are glad to assist you in your specific application to come up with the proper part design. Not only can Essons assist with the design of your part, but we can also assist in the proper material selection and performance compatibilities. Given your specifications, how the part will be used, temperature and chemical environment, necessary tolerances, etc., Essons’ engineers will evaluate and select the proper material for your application.

Essons is perhaps the most advanced compounder of rubber materials (both Primary and Secondary) in the industry. We can produce your custom part from our highly engineered rubber formulations, or from standard, common materials.

Essons can produce the smallest of parts to very large parts (up to 1.3 meteres) as we have the largest range of rubber presses in Asia. To our knowledge, we are the only rubber manufacturer in China with hydraulic presses up to 900 tons for rubber parts. We can also supply parts in short, medium and long production runs depending on which manufacturing facility we choose to manufacture your part.
