BM800 consists of steel backing and bronze sinter.
Available copper alloy include CuPb10Sn10,CuPb24Sn4,CuPb30,and AlSn20Cu. Low carbon steel backing provides excellent dimensional stability and heat dissipation. Metal alloy sinter provides essential anti-friction and wear properties during operation.
Due to its bimetallic material structure, BM800 bearing have high load carrying capacity and excellent anti-fatigue strength in high temperature working condition. Grooves, pockets or holes are usaully stamped as reserviors to meet the need of oil-lubricating.BM800 bearings are perfect for industrial applications such as construction equipments, agricultural vehicles, material handling equipments, excavators, suspensions for hydraulic cylinders and more.
