1. bearing race(bearing ring)
We uses Gcr15(SAE52100) as standard material for precision bearing races.
Domestic material supplier:No. 5 plant of Bao steel; Xingcheng steel
Overseas material supplier: KIA, SANYO
We can also use case harden material as 20Cr, 20CrMnTi, 16MnCr5 for special usage.
Because of the races' life and crack problem, we don't suggest using steel tube as common material source. We use cold forge for the blank ring if the outer diameter is less than 52mm. Otherwise we use hot forge process. .
We use formed tooling imported from Japan, Korea to turn raceway & seal groove to get precise profile.

2. bearing Seal & bearing Shield
We use low carbon steel, spring steel for seal's frame & shield. And for the rubber, Buna-Nitrile is the standard material used.

3. bearing cage
We can produce cages from 5mm to 300mm for outer diameter with complex shape.

4. Snap ring & washer
We also supply standard or non-standard snap ring & washer. The material is spring steel or low carbon steel.

High quality products is on the basis of strict management and high technology equipment.

Advanced processing technology and fully automatic equipment are introduced from home and abroad in the production of bearing races.The main technology process are briefly given as follows:

1)High Speed Forger imported from Japan in combination with British intermediated frequency induction heater for automatic temperature control is used to turn out forgings at excellent quality.

2)Turning and cold rolling forming:The automatic turning and cold rolling forming production line is equippde with Cold Rolling Former imported from Japan and integrated with on-line inspection device providing a reliable product quality and long life of the rings.

3)Heat treatment:The annealine and quenching heat treatment adopt PID automatic temperature regulation system under protective atmosphere preventing from deformation and carbon losing.

4)Grinding:Rabbit grinding lines using automatic feed back control system guarantee the ring accuracy grade.

5)Assembling:Ultra sonic cleaner and high-pressure jet washer cleans all parts before selection and assembly.The assembled bearings will be processed on the imported automatic production line,which carry out the demagnetization,final installing and rustproof treatment.All the products will be 100% inspected and tested.
