The tread rubbers of HY tyres are specially formulated silica compounds to reduce cutting and further control heat .In combination with the E3tread class alow tread void ratio provides very high heat dissipation rates ,important for a bias tyre to survive arduous mining applicationa. The open tread design provides a high degree of traction in all but the most severe conditions . The improvments are provided by the open design tread pattern with lug paltforms to tie the lug together aiding and improving traction and draking by 25%.With the correct maintenance plans HY bias tyres can achieve productivity and low cost .We have applied the patent for this pattern.
