SCRAPER BIAS GIANT OTR  53/80-63-76PR ER560 E-4 TL tire (BRAND TORCH) which is the biggest one made in China so far, can be used on scraper tipper operating in the bad road conditions such as mine and tunnel.Its deep pattern, wide tread gives high resistance to cut and wear , good running on gravel surface.

 It is suitable for large-scale mine haulage vehicles with a loading capability of 300 tons. Application : Euclid-Hitachi machine Mining Machine :  EH5000 or 930E-02 or 930E-3SE

Tire Production

China National Tyre & Rubber Guilin Co., Ltd. has two large factories that produce bias and radial giant OTR tyres separately, with cutting-edge technology and advanced imported equipments. In 2009, a new TBR production workshop is being constructed to expand and complete TORCH lines and the designed capacity will reach 3,000,000 pcs of TBR.

TORCH has a team of well trained, knowledgeable sales and service technicians as your consultants, to evaluate operating conditions and suggest the proper tyres to be selected. In large operations, TORCH after sales service teams inspect tyres daily and repair any rock cuts or tyre damage promptly to extend tyre life. With good management and expert care by TORCH teams, tyre life can be extended to its maximum.  

Milestones

In 1965, TORCH tire was established In Guilin, China.

In 1986,TORCH started to produce OTR tires with 25 rim diameters.

In 1988, TORCH started to produce 36.00-51-58PR under the Giant OTR Tires Development Project, supported by Chinese Government. This tire was the biggest tire made in China.

In 1990, TORCH exported OTR tires to Canada and other countries.

In 2006, TORCH expanded its product mix of giant OTR tire with rim diameters ranging from 35up to 63, and launching the new project for developing radial OTR tires.

In 2007, on December 22, the first giant all-steel radial OTR tire made in China, a 36.00R51, rolled off the production line.

In 2009, more sizes of Torch radial OTR tires were available including 40.00R57, 37.00R57, 33.00R51.

We have built up a brand new factory to produce All-steel Radial Giant OTR Tyres, which is not only the first project under the title of National Scientific and Technological Supported Project, but also the Key Project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and China Chemical Group. The Project began to be constructed in March 2007. In late Dec. 2007, the first TORCH all-steel radial tyre 36.00R51 rolled off the production line. The Project will be finished in 2010 and the designed annually production capacity is 10000 pcs.
