2 Features of AOTONG air suspension :

(1) : the axle beam is make from 20Mn2 seamless pipe .

(2) : the axle spindle is processed by solid forging technology .

(3) : the axle spindle is connected by the submerged -arc welding .

(4) : the bearing position is processed by the digital controlled lathe ,thus making sure the bearing position is easy to fit the bearing .

(5) Adopting double sides single hole and double sides three holes boring lathe to process the double sides at the same time ,in this way ,the concentricity of the whole axle is improved a lot .

(6) to comply with International environmental standard strictly . we adopt non-asbestos , non-pollution and long service life brake lining .

(7) during the processing of axle beam ,we adopt one-piece press forging , special heat-treatment .

(8) the Z-type leaf spring for air suspension is adopted 60Si2Mn material .

(9) the air spring is made from Premium quality rubber .

(10) the suspension hanger is made of Mn Plate and be welded by Submerged -arc technology .
