EPS FOR CHANGAN DONGFENG

Our factory had researched and manufactured different high quality electric power steering systems for automobiles. The products include EPSof gasoline vehicle and EPS of electric vehicle. According to ATV/UTV, the water proof EPS system is manufactured. The EPS system can meet the mini car, intermediate car and electric vehicle requirements. The ECU controller includes the series of current from 30A to 80A and the voltage 12V/24V. A full waterproof controller is also researched to meet different requirements. In order to better serve the automotive industry, the company can provide technology application and integration of the overall solution for users based on the automobile electrical power steering system.

THE ADVANTAGE OF EPS:

1.Assit with vehicle speed, Assist power is adjusted according to whole vehicle speed. Flexible steering in low speed and heavy steering in high speed.

2. Fuel economy. EPS does not work while no steering. Compared with the hydraulic steering system, fuel saving 5%.

3. Over temperature protection. The motor current will reduce automatically.

4.High reliability. System fault will detect in real time. Assist mode will be changed to mechanical steering mode while fault.

5.Long life. Using the new contactless torque sensor, service life will be improved.
