Pinghu JYD Machinery Co. Ltd established in 1994, whose precursor was Pinghu CITY JINXING HARDWARE FACTORY. Our company was a professional manufacturer to provide CNC machining parts, especially high pressure hose connector, steering gear parts, air conditioner parts, safety valve for the auto industry and precision parts design & production.

Over more than 20 years consistent development, our company has expanded our own factory with a vertical machining production, CNC processing area; CNC multi-spindle lathe production area and multi-functional CNC fabrication area. At present, JYD has more than 150 sets equipment. Most of them are imported from USA and Taiwan(such as Haas, Kaihung , TSUGAMI).

With the development of automatic production, quality control system was also build up. We have obtained ISO9001, ISO/TS16949 certificate and adhere to this quality system into our production consistently. We also imported test equipment with good quality from Japan Mitutoyo, such as three-coordinates measuring machine, roundness tester, surface roughness tester, high precision test equipment etc. Meanwhile, workshop put 5S management and Lean production into daily management.
