Adjustment method of support Yoke:

1. Temporary tighten Yoke plug with 70-100 Kgf.cm and return;
2. Tighten Yoke plug with 50+-5 Kgf.cm and return 67.5 Kgf.cm;
3. Tighten Yoke lock nut with prescrived torque without moving yoke plug. 


Note:

1. This DWG. is for left handle driver;
2. Clearance between pipes and from pipe to other parts of gear shall be 4 mm MIN.;
3. Pinion torque 57 Kgf.cm when power assist(relief press 80 Kgf.cm)MAX. Rack thrust: 570 Kgf MIN.;
4. Surface treatment: TC-C05
   Rack tube, claming plate: equivalent to TC-C07
   pipe: equivalent to TC-C09
