A:That's ok, we would like to do for you.

(2)I do not have product samples, how to do?

A:Please provide product drawings .

(3)The freight is too expensize, I do not want to pay so much?

A:If you do not need the products urgently, we could arrange China Post for you.But it always need 20-50 days to deliver.

(4) I prefer to buy from you, but i don't have importing experience, i don't know how to handle customes issues.

(6) After my payment, how about the delivery time?

A: Normally ,we need 15 -25 days to produce the goods. For small order( less than 100 pcs), we need 15 days.

(7) Why small order need so long time?

A:Firstly, we need to contact the producing department to confirm the production shift. Secondly, new product will need 7-10 days to make mould tooling.

(8) After i receiving the goods, i found there is quality problem, how do you deal with it?

A: For large order, please noted that normally there is 5‰ scrap rate.
